Nikki Pile
Our team at Russettings is headed up by Nikki Pile, who has extensive experience in the care industry. Nikki strives to ensure the effective delivery of high holistic person-centred care in a safe environment. She leads by example and works with a dedicated team to provide high standards of care in a happy environment. She has always maintained good relationships and partners with the local library, schools, churches and charities to enrich the experience of residents at Russettings.
